About

A humble tool for careful money.

Humble Ledger started from a simple frustration: the apps meant to help us understand money mostly want our bank logins, our attention, and our data — and give back dashboards no one reads. We wanted the opposite. Something quiet, private, and deliberate.

So we built a manual-first ledger. You log what matters, in any currency, in a few seconds. It tracks your net worth, holds your budgets, and turns your entries into reports that actually say something — without ever touching your bank.

What we believe

A few opinions, held firmly.

Built for the whole world

Money moves across borders, so multi-currency isn't an afterthought — it's the foundation. Every amount keeps the real rate you got, and your whole life adds up in one home currency.

Manual is a feature

Typing in what you spend takes a few seconds and changes your relationship with money. You notice. You decide. Automation hides exactly the thing worth seeing.

Your data is yours

No bank logins, no aggregators, no selling. We collect as little as we can, store it carefully, and let you export or delete everything whenever you like.

Calm beats clever

Most finance apps are loud. We chose a warm, editorial design with room to breathe — a tool you'll actually want to open.

The name

Why “humble.”

A ledger is the oldest, plainest financial tool there is — a record kept by hand, with care. “Humble” is the posture we want toward money: honest, unhurried, and a little modest. Not a system that promises to optimize your life, just a careful place to keep track of it.

Keep money the careful way.

Humble Ledger is coming to iOS and Android.
